1. About Angels Corporation
Angels Corporation is a South African group operating across four divisions: Surveillance, Energy, Technology and Travel. These terms apply to all engagements with the corporation and any of its divisions, whether online or in person.
2. Acceptance of terms
By browsing our websites, requesting a quote, purchasing a product or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of our services.
3. Products and services
Product specifications, pricing and availability across our divisions may change without notice. Installation, support and warranty terms differ per division and will be confirmed in your quote or order confirmation.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms for hardware, installation and ongoing services will be set out in the relevant invoice or contract.
5. Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock and courier availability. On-site installations are scheduled by appointment within our service areas; travel outside standard areas may attract additional fees.
6. Returns and warranty
Faulty products may be returned in line with the Consumer Protection Act and our division-specific returns policy. Workmanship on installations is warranted for the period stated in your contract.
7. Privacy
We collect and process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Footage from surveillance installations remains the property of the client; we only access it with written authorisation.
8. Limitation of liability
Angels Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
